Our Mission
At Heal Ur Wings THPP +, we provide safe and stable housing for foster youth while assigning each youth a case manager who works with them intensively, assesses their needs, plans out their goals, and provides additional resources as needed. Our case managers meet with each youth at least once a week, but on average three times per week as seen fit. We believe that every youth deserves a chance to thrive and our program sets them up for success.
